2 cups chopped broccoli
2 cups chopped cauliflower
2 medium sweet onions (I prefer Vidalia)
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Place everything in a bowl and mix with enough dressing to lightly coat the vegetables.
